HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Upon arrival the lot was packed, one worker approached us and said you're good just leave the keys, my fiance asked Thats it? and he said yes. We went to get our car 2 hours later and the man at the window was BEYOND rude. We explained that we were never given a ticket and his solution was to scream at us and tell us to take a cab home. He refused to tell us the policy for someone who did not receive/lost their ticket. After asking literally over 20 times what the next step was for us to get our car he continued to scream at us insisting we called the police. After the police came, he continued to talk in circles and they demanded he assisted us and they will compare the ID with the registration. Thank you JCPD for being so helpful and resolving the issue. We ended up getting the car back and will never return there again.
