Dirty hookah pipe....they definitely don't clean it right. Super loud music where I have to scream on top of my lungs to talk. Won't return.

Horrible service, they say hookah and drinks buy 1 get second one half off and they charge you full price, if you go there which i suggest you dont check your bill. Ive been smoking hookah for several years now (not proud of it lol) but i do know what a certain flavor is suppose to taste like. With that said the hookah dont come close to decent, Asked for my hookah to be checked by the guy who made it he never came, lady that served us horrible attitude and only was concerned with us spending money, 1 drink was good second one was watered down and so were the shots. Only good thing was place was warm on a cold night so its one star.

Excellent service and hookahs, delicious food and drinks! Perfect atmosphere!
To the person who said he/she went to cloud 9 most likely works there.
