I have been a customer for over 16 years and today I had an appointment between 2-4. I made numerous calls to the office and left voicemails to confirm that the mechanic would be arriving at the designated time. It is past 4:45 and no one has arrived to fix my sprinklers nor did anyone call to explain this delay. I will no longer use this company.

Nothing but 5 stars for this business. Staff was extremely professional. Service was on time and done exactly how I wanted it. Definitely recommend them!
