I was already impressed with Mr. Baffuto’s website, but what impressed me most about Mr. Baffuto was that Mr. Baffuto has licensed attorneys as his clients. When other lawyers choose him to defend their DUI charge, he must be quite well-known for his skills and reputation.

Mr. Baffuto saved my family’s future. My DWI charge was dismissed. I am a commercial driver and was charged with DWI. As you can imagine, my family depends on my income. I wanted to hire the best lawyer to make a difference. So I did a lot of research online, and decided to hire Mr. Baffuto to defend my DWI charge. We appeared many times in court and I can see that is the only way to fight back. After a long fight, I was able to get a dismissal of the DWI charge. I was able to keep my commercial license as well. Mr. Baffuto saved my family’s future. I am so glad I found Mr. Baffuto.

Mr. Baffuto beat my DWI two times.
I was arrested and charged with DWI two times in New Jersey. Both times I used Mr. Baffuto to defend my charges. After long fights, he beat both of my charges. Yes, “not guilty for DWI” two times! I truly think that Mr. Baffuto is the best DWI lawyer in the state (possibly in the country too). I simply do not know anyone else who can do such great work two times in a row.

“Not Guilty for DWI” for my assistant
I am a licensed attorney myself. One of my assistants was charged with DUI, and after a long fight, was found not guilty. I highly recommended Bart to defend a DUI charge. DUI is a highly technical field and I strongly believe clients should retain attorneys that concentrate their practice in that field. I would recommend Bart to everyone.
