We have used the Law office of Steven Sutton on several occasions and have had only success with them. Recently our landlord wanted to cancel our lease because they could rent our space for double the rent. They hired a very large law firm and I hired Steven Sutton. Sort of like David and Goliath. Steven said our case is good and we are going to win regardless of their size. Well he was right and we won hands down. I would highly recommend his law firm. Phil Dushey

Steven is a tough and hard , always working on our side , In fighting for every possible advantage . He is diligent, professional, and very well versed and experienced in these matters. If you want thorough , top notch legal work , then steven is the right choice for you ,

Steven was extremely helpful in negotiating a complicated lease agreement for my first dental practice in Brooklyn. He was incredibly diligent and did a fantastic job even though we were dealing with extremely difficult landlords and management. Cheers to Mr. Sutton...I recommend him highly and regard him as one of the (unfortunately few) true professionals that I have had the chance to work with since moving to New York!
