This was my first time buying a home and Phil's office made the whole experience that much easier. Phil and Shantel were great. They're both such a pleasure to work with; helpful, responsive and very accommodating. I really felt like I could rely on them. I would highly recommend his office.

Phil Napolitano and his staff are a pleasure to work with. I retained his services to close on our co-op and the process went smoothly from start to finish. Rosie, his office manager, was able to coordinate the closing during the holidays which was no easy feat since many people were out on vacation. Phil was able to guide me on the purchase always looking out for my best interests. We had initially went into contract on one co-op, but once Phil reviewed the financials and saw how unstable that building was he advised against it. We continued our search and finally found the right place. With the help of Phil and his staff we were able to close quickly and without a hitch. Thank you Phil!!!

Working with Phil's office made the whole first time home buying process very easy. They know what they are doing and are very patient and readily available to answer all your questions.

I was a first timer, and was set on a multi-family. Spent years preparing financially, and 2 or 3 more years looking for just the right property (income producing, live-in, decent neighborhood, close to subway, etc.). Stumbled across the best damn real estate agent in the Bronx (Larry "Large" Weinstein of Remax) who helped me secure the right property, and suggested checking out Phil Napolitano for the legal end. What I had anticipated being the most nerve-wracking time of all to finish the process turned out to be a 2 hour cake walk. Phil is a pro's pro- had everything all set to go, and plowed through the stacks of paperwork, explaining as we went, and covering every detail. His staff (especially Shantel) kept me thoroughly updated and in the loop throughout the whole process leading up to the closing.
If I ever do this again, I'll track Phil down to the remotest regions to be part of my team.
