Nicholas M. Moccia is very knowledgeable in the field of Landlord & Tenant Cooperation cases. I had problems with the Co-op Board because they were getting the vote from the sponsor and my complaints about the quality of life issues regarding the sponsor tenant was always ignored. Until I met Mr. Moccia who went after them legally and dispose of them all in court that the Co-op Board went into a settlement agreement and as for the sponsor he could not accept defeat in the Supreme Court and he appealed his cause to the Appellate Division First Department and I still won my case.
