I just closed on a house in Bay Ridge Barkley. Gerard was recommended to me by a local broker. Gerard made the buying experience very easy and enjoyable. He explained to me in quite details everything i had to do and held my hand whenever i needed. I just loved dealing with Gerard and look forward to doing it again.
P.S He works at a very fair price.

I’ve known Gerard Bianco and his father Charles for close to 40 years. In this span of 40 years they have closed on numerous properties for me, did my parents estate work, and handled my will. I can only say that Gerard is the best lawyer I ever dealt with. He is Humble, self assured and extremely knowledgeable, and honest. He would never take advantage of me nor the friends that I have referred. I recommend Gerard whole heartily and you should say " You were recommended by Mark Sakowitz ”
