I went there with a living social voucher for partial highlights or single process color plus a haircut and style. I went to do my color and asked for single process. the colorist wouldn't do it and only did a gloss?? I asked multiple times for single process and she was insistent that I only needed gloss but it wasn't what I paid for. Gloss is less than half the cost of what my voucher was for. Then because they couldn't fit my haircut in, and I was coming back to do it, she said they wouldn't blow dry my hair so I had to do it myself. so I got jipped out of the color AND they wouldn't even dry it to compensate.

I thought i'd be safe in not having to trek into the city for a proper cut and coloring. My mistake, this place nearly burned my scalp had me under the heating space pod for like 40 minutes to speed up the process and haircut was honestly decent. But the partial highlights was just at my crowns and my colleagues and friends asked what happened to the multi-colored strands? Did you intend for the partial highlight to be uniformly top to bottom. Apparently they rushed through my process and colored what i picked out only at the crown. I am kind of afraid to go back and have them correct it. You know the saying, first impression is always a lasting one :( I even had asked the sweet hairstylist to please wash out the coloring with cold water since my scalp felt fried after that ordeal :(((
