Laundry Chute Express

Today as I am driving home I spot a quaint little laundromat. I drive and park . I take in one bag and notice that the machines are $1.75 what a bargain. I put the clothes in the machine and return to my truck to get the remaining bags. When I walk up to the machine I notice that the price has changed from $1.75 to $2.50. When I asked why there was an increase within the last five seconds she ( the racist woman with black boys) claimed that the previous customer paid the difference - what? This woman proceeds to have a conversation about the shootings of the two black men - Really? Now I know that I am a victim of racism. When the black man driving a white truck she was having the conversation with about the shootings, she starts to push a dust mop around the floor putting dirt all over my feet. When I asked her not to do that she continued without acknowledging my request. This is how racial fights start. Finally when I asked for change she got upset with me reiterating my request for two rolls of quarters in a nasty tone. She should be fired. This is an awful place to do business if you are black. I see a boycott . IJS!

Hi i have been a customer here for a year and i have lived in the area for almost 15 off and on.
April 1st 2016 i went to wash dry and did for myself... I showed up at 10:10 and the windows say they close 11pm every day... So on the door it says push then pull to open and I opened the door and an alarm went off and i said hello... And walked through because i was unsure if they closed early or if i am supposed to be there. I called and left a message and i wonder will i be able to pick up my clothes with no issue tomorrow afternoon? I do not think i will be coming back to do laundry here ever again due to false advertising store hours online and at the store posted all over the window "5am - 11pm every day"

We went in on Sunday for the first time to use their Wash and Fold service. We were told it would be done in 2 to 3 hours which we found very surprising. Usually this takes a day or two everywhere else. I asked if this was normal and Lyndsay said she was not busy. They would text us. Mind you, we never asked for rush service and would have been happy to come back the next day.

After 4 hours, I called and it was not ready, Lyndsay said she was waiting for a dryer and it would not be long. I waited another hour and we stopped in. There was a new girl there, Kiera. It was clear Lyndsay did nothing and the laundry was not even started. It was left for Kiera who was only there for an hour. That poor girl rushed to get our stuff done, but it kind of ruined our plans. The rule is to under promise and over deliver. Why give us a super short, unnecessary time, and then not bother to do anything. Very bad first and last impression. Kiera is super sweet, though.

Also clothes were left in the dryer so long before folding, they were wrinkled beyond repair without ironing. Which I don't do, so I just have to get them washed again. Finally, we brought in our own fragrance free softener for them to use, but they did not. Laundry stank. I had to put the sheets in the hamper and they will need to be washed again as well.
