We have been using this place for drop off laundry every week ($25-$50) for the past two years.
It's a little pricier for the other laundromats on town, but it's closer to our house.
Today we picked up our laundry and something got into the laundry, and over $200 worth of our office clothes were ruined and covered in stains!
Not only did they not replace the ruined clothes, but they had the absolute audacity to charge me for the ruined clothes!?!?!
I spoke with the owner on the phone and she kept telling me it's their policy that they don't 1. Check pockets, and 2. Reimburse for ruined clothes (even if it was their fault).
I threw enough of a ruckus I'm kind of surprised they didn't phone the police.
They lost a long time customer! I will start using a different laundry service. I figure I spent a good $120 every month for two years! Good luck!
