Great coffee. Super small location. The pastries are usually pretty great as well. Try the Flat white!

The best flat white in downtown. Great atmosphere overlooking the river and as it is somewhat hidden there is hardly ever a queue.

I'm so fortunate to work close to Laughing Man!! It's a small cafe tucked away in the Mercantile Exchange building. As others recommended I tried the flat white and it did not disappoint! It's so creamy and aromatic at the same time. Typically I slowly sip my drink as its a little expensive (~$3-5).. also its so good that I don't want to finish it so quickly! The cafe is nicely situated by the marina that you can also enjoy the river view.

Definitely give it a try if you are in the area!!
