Top notch jiu jitsu. The owner is probably the friendliest and is very knowledgeable. You get a lot from him. I go back to him once in a while because he was my first sensei.

I trained with Luis quite a bit years ago when he was a blue (and later a purple belt) at a different school. His ability to apply teaching to both beginners and experienced students is excellent. He has a great understanding of the technique and is skilled in helping others to understand the art. On top of that, he's a great guy: Very funny and easygoing. His classes were a lot of fun and he helped me quite a bit during my transition from white to blue belt. You can't go wrong with training under him. I highly recommend him.
