Sometime in 1992, I needed a medical statement for obtaining my Green Card. I went to this guy for a blood work. He literally extended his hand asking for $100.00 in cash. I was extremely shocked by the tackiness of his behavior. I gave him a $100 bill , and he immediately pocket it with visible pleasure. He asked me where i came from, and i said "Portugal" and he asked me if I had been in Fatima ( a place where the Virgin Mary had appeared to 3 shepherd children in 1917). It seems to me that he is a Catholic(...). What struck me the most, was his love for cash money. Hi Dr. Lau, there is more thing in life than $$$. You, as a physician should have a higher standard of moral, and dedication to your fellow human beings.
