Horrible service and sales these people are scammers!! , I've was with them for a few years until I learn what they do to their customers unbelievable. Be careful when buying a new or used car , Vecchio and Akbar love to hustle customers to pay more for the new or used car shame on them. I don't know why is this place is still open.

I HAD 6 MITSUBISHI"S. i WAS ENTERING INTO A NEW LEASE AND WAS DOUBLED BILLED.tHE BANK BANK BLAMED THEM AND AKBAR THE SALESMAN ADMITTED TO ME THEY DID NOT GET THE PAPER IN TIME. i MET A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF THIS FIRM AND HE TOLS ME THIS WAS COMMON PRACTICE. sENT LETTERS ,EMAILS, MESSAGES BUT NO ONE WOULD BUDGE. i HAVE NOW SWITCHED TO sUBARU AND ONLY HAD A GREEAT EXERIANCE WITH eDDIE.bEWARE

This is my third visit to this location. My overall opinion is good. However, my last experience was somewhat not as satisfactory as my previous visits. The quoted price for service was not properly given to me after review of my bill. As for accepting Chevy offers and coupons, it is not clearly stated to you at the time of visit what can and cannot be used. With those few minor issues I had this visit, I would come back again better prepared to avoid any misunderstanding on my part.

First they'll waste your time. Then they'll come at you two on one, trying to bully you into buying right then and there. And to top it all off, they won't budge on the price. Not worth it for a Mitsubishi.
