They are the worst.... There was a recall on my Chevy Malibu and they told me there is no recall on my car. They will charge you for diagnosed a high price and then tell u things u already told them. Waste of time don't bother going there

Worst place ever. About 3 years ago, my father went to trade in his Pontiac for the car he actually wanted( Chevy camaro). Bill is the worst. First off, he pushed the Pontiac g6 on my dad and told him after 4 years to come back and he can get the car he wanted. My dad brought the car back and Bill was really rude towards my dad. He was extremely rude over the phone and even more rude when my dad and myself arrived at the dealership. He told my dad he could never afford a camaro and even said he should go to a different dealer and good luck trying to get a camaro. After we left Lasorsa, we went to Becks Chevrolet in Yonkers and had a excellent experience. My dad is a proud owner of a 2012 Chevy Camaro and couldn't be happier with his experience at Beck Chevrolet. My mom recently purchased a chevy captiva from Becks and also had a wonderful experience. We feel like we are part of the Beck Chevrolet family .I know not everyone at Lasorsa is like Bill but maybe Lasorsa needs new Sales Associates and workers and make sure they are trained in giving high quality customer service .

Today, I walked into the Service & Parts department. There was an employee with the name tag, "Emil" who was being belligerent to his co-worker and customers at 8:30AM on a Monday morning. He was cursing up a storm about the code for some special order. There was a customer already at the counter, so I was hoping to avoid Emil. Unfortunately, the customer got the estimated he wanted and walk away. I sent my nephew to ask a question hoping for the next customer rep to call me. Unfortunately he finished with my nephew and called next. He was SO RULED. Immediately said no without checking my VIN # to see if I was under warranty. I purhcased two new vechiles from Jim Bino and financial via Vincent. Plus extended my warranty at one point. I thought I was part of the LaSora family. I guess NOT. I have always taken my vehicle to this site because of it customers' service. I live in Poughkeepsie and have always gotten my car service at this site. David and Jay from the service department have always been GREAT!! I strongly suggest to talk to your employee about "Emil" creating a hostile work environment. Needlessly to say, I went and purchased my parts from Auto Zone in White Plains!

IVE BEEN COMING TO LASORSA WITH MY PARENTS TO SERVICE THEIR CAR FROM THE AGE OF 7.OVER THE YEARS WEVE PURCHASED 4 CARS AND JAY HAS ALWAYS BEEN PEFERRED BY MY PARENTS TO SERVICE ALL OF THEIR CARS. NOW I AM IN COLLEGE AND HAVE PURCHASED MY OWN VEHICLE AT LASORSA AND NOW JAY IS HELPING ME WITH MY SERVICES. I WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY SERVICE OR VEHICLE PURCHASES .I HOPE THE DEALER APPRECIATES HIM HE REALLY IS A TRUE ASSET.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO PURCHASE THEIR NEXT CAR AT LASORSA AND TO SERVICE THEIR CAR WITH JAY. ,

Dave was great assisting me with service repair needed for my car. The repairs look great as if my car was never hit. Overall, Lasorsa has great prices and selections on cars. Whether you are looking to buy or repair a vehicle, I would refer Dave's assistance. He can definitely help you
