I'm really shocked seeing all of the terrible reviews. The only thing I can agree on is yes, sometimes the wait is ridiculous. I'm a return customer I've had a tattoo removed and hair removed and I am 100% satisfied. I am actually having my 2nd tattoo removed. 1st session today. I hope I have the same results.

They mis-quoted me, and did a bad job. They said 5-7 sessions it would be gone, and 9 sessions later, I'm left with scarring and burns, and a faint outline of the tattoo. Thousands of dollars. Thousands. To look worse than when I started.

I went to this place looking for a solution and got a worst problem than the one I had, BURNS. I have spent a lot of money trying to fix what they did, microdermabrasion, peelings, expensive creams, etc. and the time wasted doing all this is just frustrating, and the mental distress caused by their lack of responsibility when dealing with such as a powerful thing such as laser.
Girls please don't underestimate the power of laser, it can really cause serious burn on the hands of inexperienced technicians like the ones at this place. too bad Google does not have the -5 stars!

Worse place ever. For appointment there is enormous time you have to wait. Manager is rude. Looks like she is feeling yourself as a BIG BOSS. Her name is Desiree I believe, she is nice from the first look but she has opposite side of her face which is very mean. They never do discounts, if they do, anyway price is much higher than in other city laser treatment facilities. Couple of times I got burned, now I have there brown spot, my skin is very white, they put their laser for high level which is caused that, and that means the stuff working there is not knowledgeable enough. Totally agree with comment that treatment has to be done in Dr. Office and a price will be less. Not gonna waste of my money on that, especially for horrible service and hearing rude words from that manager. Only one question how owner of this place is hiring people? Seems to me soon this place will closed in such results.

i am sorry to say that but it is a really bad place.i had 7 treatments but the hair still come up.NOt only that the staff is terrible.Please do not go there.find a good place to get laser treatment.After having a bad experience with i searched and i found reaaly good places.
