Laser Plus Spa

I came hear because I had moderate acne and wanted to do something about not having much money but wanted my confidence back I went in for a consultation to see what was needed to clear up my acne. I met with a lady named Libby and she recommended I do acleara . A total of 8 sessions every week that came up to 1247$. I was paying in payment plans and was giving up half my check every week that's how desperate I was. In between those sessions I noticed that it wasn't getting any better so after the 8 sessions she recommended 3 more which came up to almost 500$. After that it still didn't work and she recommended a hydro facial which was 175$. My face was worse than ever but I trusted her judgement that it would get better but it just got worse . They took my money Libby went on vacation to Puerto Rico (probablyon my dime )! And my face was worse than before. It really made me depressed that I sacrificed so much just for clear skin but to make it even worse was that these people took my money and I had no improvements whatsoever . I will never do business with laser plus spa. They don't care about the person and what they need they chase you the max and take your money . I hope everybody reads this and listen to me when I say they don't have your best intentions at heart they just want to make money off you and don't care if you get results or not.

My go to place for spa services as well as laser hair removal. staff is friendly, the spa is beautiful and since i've been coming here my skin looks great! also i barely have to shave anymore which is awesome.

The staff member who performs my facials is very sweet and efficient. She always helps to make it a pleasant experience. I am always admitted on-time for my appointment, and the reception staff politely greets you/offers you a beverage the moment you walk in. I am quite satisfied with this location.

I've had microdermobrasions at this location as well as numerous facials. I was always treated professionally and with courtesy. I've always had a good experience and will continue going back for further treatments. LPS is fairly priced and they always alert me when they're having a special so I can prepay for the services and then use them when I'm ready.

This Location everyone is kind and professional from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Even, the confirmation calls you get a day or two before you come they are professional. The place is clean and well kept. Even the restrooms are clean.. The place is relaxing and the staff is experienced and professional. all the way down the line thumbs up for Laser plus in Carle place, NY
