I have been going here for 15 years and every time I go I ask myself why? They are extremely rude, non responsive and I still am unsure if the care I am getting is all that great.

I've had three children with them and they are wonderful! You're part of the family when you go there!

they have a three day turn around policy for a nurse to call you back. i need an Rx refilled and cannot get through to ANYONE! wait three days for an Rx i am supposed to take today? that's ridiculous
sidenote: they are rude on the phone. never going back...

From my first appointment I had a great experience. I sat down with the doctor and she heard all of my concerns before even starting the exam. I do agree that calling and making an appointment is a tad annoying, but all staff I've I've encountered are nice and friendly.

Getting an appointment is a frustrating process of leaving a message and waiting for them to call you back at typically an inconvenient time. No one answers the phone directly. They are rude, act bothered by people calling for appointments, and are incredibly unflexible. I would not recommend this office at ALL.
