We spent $300 on a tree that that they wanted $75 to deliver. That was too expensive so we decided to have our landscaper pick it up for us and plant it. When he showed up to pick up the tree, he didn't have the right receipt and even though the tree said SOLD and had MY NAME ON IT, they wouldn't let him pick it up. I called them to figure out how to pick up my tree despite my lost receipt and after 2 days of deliberation I STILL DON'T HAVE MY TREE. FIND ANOTHER NURSERY TO SHOP AT!!! They just don't know how to run a business.
