I'd like to say thank you so much Laptop Repair Data because without you, I'd probably throw my laptop in the garbage! My laptop was so slow, it kept getting hot and i was frustrated. Every single time i had to get on for my online classes i would miss my instructor's video. It was either spend tons of money on a new laptop or give a technician a try for less. Ethan Michael was very eager, he kept me updated and let me know what was wrong with my laptop exactly 3 hours after picking up my laptop. I had tried to do a clean up of my fan and ended up messing up the connector from the keyboard to the computer itself so I couldn't type or use the keyboard at all. Since I have my own social media business and work from my laptop, I was left without access to most of what I need to do my job. I knew I didn't want Geek Squad to overcharge me and I didn't want to have to send it off to someplace for an expensive rip off, so I looked on Google maps for someone hopefully in my neighborhood and found Laptop Repair Data. They picked up the laptop, and even agreed to meet me at a doctor's office since that's where I was when they called me. Ethan was prompt and professional and spoke in plain english, not tech-speak. When I explained what was wrong Ethan said he'd get back to me in a couple hours with a diagnosis and estimate. I'd barely gotten back home when he called and said it was all fixed and working great! He dropped it off less than an hour later (no lugging heavy machine around, good for me as I have a bad back!) , and my computer even smelled good, I guess they'd cleaned it up in addition to the needed repair. I was dreading the prospect of finding a trustworthy repair service, especially in my neighborhood so I'm thrilled to have found LRD and doubly happy that they made the whole experience so easy and painless and will definitely call them next time I do something stupid and break something on my laptop!
