I brought my Honda generator in for its periodic maintainance. When it was returned a day later it worked for a day and sputtered out. I sent it back to be looked at and they said it was fine. IT WAS NOT FINE. They failed to flush it out and didn't replace the filter (came to learn). It was sent back to me the second time in the same condition. So that was nice. NOT HELPFUL, they did a POOR JOB. Do not trust them with your expensive equipment.

I have been using lapietra for the last 5 years. All I needed was for them to deliever a compressor 15 mins from them and pick it up 20 mins after they dropped it off. They told me a price on the phone and charged me a different one. They over charge and will not negotiate. I was not looking for it for free but all I needed it was for 15 mins and they wanted to charge me $300
