The hand pull noodles are made fresh. The soups are just right amount of flavor. The fried dumplings are prefect amount. The pork chops are never over cooked, they stay juicy They have a great garlic soy sauce mix. And the best of it all. The prices are very affordable. Most time with places like this the prices are just way to high. But here, they prefect.

This small, cash-only noodle shop was the perfect stop for me after a long morning of running errands. The menu is very easy to understand: just pick the type of noodle you want (fried or boiled) and the meat.
After telling my order of noodle w/ soybean paste to the friendly chef behind the counter, I got my order a few minutes later. It came with soup that I could put the noodles in and plenty of noodles to satiate my afternoon hunger.
I would definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner for some delicious, authentic noodle dishes. Just don't bring a crowd of people unless you are getting it to go.

Hand pulled noodles are the best! They are so fresh and taste so good with beef. I love watching the chef making the noodles. It's so intense and artful. Come here if you're looking for a fresh, piping hot bowl of good noodles!

Hand pulled noodles in delicious chicken soup. It was dreamy. The noodles were light and fluffy. I could have eaten 4 bowls of noodles. It was very entertaining to watch the chef who pulled the noodles. He was methodical. He pulled out the noodles, stretched the dough. Then he roped it (the best words I could explain the technique). Then it looked as though he folded the dough in half and then started all over again. There is a small table on the side, where you could choose condiments to put on top of the noodles (chili oil, cilantro, pickled vegetables, vinegar, soy sauce). Prices are very inexpensive. It was around $3 for a bowl of soup & noodles. Service was good. Minimal English.

Fresh hand-pulled noodles their everyday. Everything is hand made, from the dough, to soups. The place may be REALLY small, like only 3 tables, but the food their is absolutely worth it. Most people do a take-out. They don't speak English, so you must know Chinese to order the food. They have multiple, delicious choices. I highly recommend this place. When you do a take out, they have the hand-pulled noodles in one box, and then the soup in a container. It's delicious! Must try :D
