Langdon is always very welcoming and always makes the best bouquets for any occasion. It's very convenient that they have already made bouquets in vases or you can custom arrange your own with all their flower choices. They always make the nicest arrangements and flowers are always so fresh! I will never ever go to any other flower shop! You won't regret getting your flowers from here.. & the prices are just right. I always end up leaving with a big bouquet for an amazing price! Keep up the good work Langdon Florist.

I ordered a rose bouquet for my wife's birthday (over the phone) and was told that the minimum for delivery was $50. Fine. I placed my order, provided a personal message to accompany the card, and gave explicit address information including the name of my wife's company. After speaking with my wife, I learned that the delivery driver had difficulty in locating the address and had to call her a couple of times prior to delivery, which removed the element of surprise. After the bouquet was delivered, my personal, loving message had typos and grammatical errors to the point where reading it was comical.

On the surface, these issues would not be a big deal but a company in the business of delivering flowers should get the basics down.

I don't think that I will patron this company again - maybe if I visit the store in person and personally oversee the details of my purchase. But then again, who has time for that. A request by phone should suffice and ensure satisfactory service.

I've ordered from this florist in the past and never had a problem, but unfortunately today on my 10th year anniversary they decided to do things differently or should I say.. Their way! I ordered the 'Everlasting Romance' arrangement and what was delivered was nothing close to my order. I called the florist and they assured me that the correction would be made. The flowers were picked up and another arrangement was delivered. This time they decided to add their own design of tulips with roses and ugly greens. Very disappointed. I called again and spoke to the owner Joe who basically said sorry someone should have told you that we needed to change the design because we didn't have what you ordered. Unbelievable... Never again!

Langdon was the florist for our wedding at The Bowery Hotel this past summer. They provided everything including my (the bride) bouquet, the flowers for the bridal party, table arrangements, bar arrangements and the escort card table arrangement. We were so thrilled with how everythign looked - they did an amazing job! Working with Peter was wonderful. He was helpful, supportive, and attentive through the whole entire process. Peter truly went above and beyond, putting soo much effort and care into making our day beautfiul. Peter and the team at Langdon were highly professional and reliable. I would highly recommend Langdon!
