I have had a leak in my apartment coming from my roof for over 10 years, and with my building hiring multiple contractors, engineers, etc. No one has ever been able to locate it, let alone fix it. I was referred to Doug Lane at Lane Engineering, and from the moment he saw it, he had an idea of where it came from. Doug performed multiple tests, and he found the leak. He recommended contractors which he had worked with before. And using Doug Lane's spec's and his overseeing the project. The leak was found and repaired. I would HIGHLY recommend Lane Engineering. They did an absolute PHENOMENAL job.
