Obviously from the consistent one star....management really doesn't care. If one of their family members had sleep apnea they would better understand . Their compliance department is the worst. So I ask the question. If your tubing continues to fall out of the machine how can you be compliant? its a catch 22. So while I was waiting for them to contact my Cardiologist to send a letter which they faxed over, I was told my account was "blocked. So while I was on the phone waiting to speak with the compliance people I was disconnected

My mothers oxygen concentrator stopped working, took four phone calls and 7 hrs to get one delivered and the wrong one was delivered.

I've never written a review before but can not believe how HORRIBLE this experience was! My mom was discharged from hospital and told that medical supply company would be contacting her to install shower bars. No call..for 4 days ..left mssgs...no call back, 8am this morning (Thank goodness I had stayed over) the phone rang...could not understand what the gentleman was saying "I call about gaba"...I call about gaba" and got angry that we couldn't understand. I figured out finally it was "grab bar" for showers. He then yelled that he will be outside of the house in 6 minutes. I told him he was supposed to call before he was scheduled to deliver and he yelled..."well that's why I'm calling" The job itself was fine - but I an SO unimpressed with this company!

Horrible service, rude people on the phone. Appointment cancelled at last minute. They don't seem to care about their clients. The communication is a joke. Sorry we got ourselves mixed up with this third rate company.

I generally do not go out of my way to leave a bad comment but will tell everyone to stay away from this company at all cost. There is a lack of communication within the company. Our shipment of supplies was promised to arrive between the hours of 12-2. We called around 3pm as to be generous to the driver, and that is when we began to discover the inefficieny of the company. We were transferred 3 times and had to report our story three times regarding the late delivery. The driver finally called us and said he would be there at 5pm, but by that time there was no one in the house. The driver claimed that they should not have told us 2pm as he wasn't done with his previous deliveries and even stated they don't communicate with HQ regularly. They were promising a time they could not fulfill. My family and I are currently waiting for another shipment they promised and yet again have been met with opposition. We wait an hour to get to an operator and before we can say "we would like to talk to management." They hang up.
Very unimpressed with the company. Unprofessional and disrespectful especially considering the service they are providing. Some of these medical equipments need to be on time ( ie. Liquid food, O2, bandages, saline, etc etc). Please don't only consider the lack of customer service but consider your loved ones and having their medical supplies met in a timely fashion.
