i have never had a luxury dealership operate with so much unprofessionalism, attitude, poor service, price overloading, and deceit. i really regret each time my car has visited this service department. i find them unethical on every level. and when i do purchase my next land rover it will not be from them.

This is the second and last time that they try and take me to the cleaners. I took my car in for their "free" 21 point inspection, and they cooked up a major engine repair that would have cost over $3,000 and led to an complete engine replacement for $10,000 (used)! The first time they tried to gouge me for around $2,000 to replace a belt and change my breaks and rotors. Don't take your car there for inspection either, they tried to charge me their labour rate for a service that is capped by NYS, and hold my car hostage for work that was not needed in order to pass! This shop is full of crooks, when I took my car to the independent Rover shop on the East Side, they physically showed me that there was nothing wrong with my truck, and that they had actually missed a real issue that I could see with my own eyes. Run, don't walk away from this place!
