LAL Property Management

I don't know what's worse, the girls that attempt to run the office or the supers that live on the premises. The super claims to do his job, yet he's lazy and rude. Broken appliances, leaks, and mice run throughout the buildings, the hallways and elevators are never clean, and when you report this, they take the information down but do nothing about it. You have to repeatedly call the office to even get a simple answer, and then when you do the girls working there are nasty with their responses. The landlord is never around, and leaves everything up to rude girls who think there position is higher than what it really is. Renters pay monthly for a service, and this management company lacks every part of what a good management company should be. I'd stay away if I were you.

I have always found them professional to deal with in all matters.

Terrible management company. Dismissive, and not helpful at all. Usually has students and have learned to push their tenants around. Made my one year living there pretty miserable. I would NOT reccomend any of their apartments because they are so difficult to deal with.
