Lakeview Mercedes-Benz/Maybach Sales Facility

I was unhappy with the service at Lakeview. The manager and my service adviser are definitely giving me a reason to come back to Lakeview.
***On Friday night 10/07/11 at 6:27pm, my service adviser finally returns my calls informing me that I'd get my 2010 GLK (that's been in for over 3 weeks between Mid-Island and Lakeview), and he'd call me back in 10 minutes. Though closing is 7:00pm, he assured me that my needs are his first priority and not to worry he will even stay later if need be just for me. Now It is after 8:00pm and I have not heard from him yet.
***Update... I heard from the manager within an hour of sending an e-mail. He replied via e-mail and I was promised that the situation would be fixed in the morning... It was an oversight on my service adviser's behalf, and Lakeview is now doing what should have been done in the first place... Excellent service, which is what's expected.
My car went back for some tlc while a loaner (2012 GLK) was delivered to me.

Tina scheduled my appointment to come into the showroom. When I arrived, I was taken care of right away and I met with her and the sales manager. The visit went smooth and they were very reassuring. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable about Mercedes and the competition. I know I made the right choice to go with benz. -CW

A overall great experience at Lakeview Mercedes-Benz. Was interested in a new E350, service was just excellenpresCient was no sales pressure to buy and got a great overview of the car and its features. The sales consultants and this particular dealership want you to find the perfect car and also work within your budget. Maurice was very knowledgeable and showed us the car inside and out. By the time we drove out the dealership we were already familiar with the car. Its been 3 days since delivery and I couldn't be happier. Since delivery, Maurice has managed to call us to see how we we're doing with the car and if everything was o.k. I would definitely recommend this dealership and buy another car from them.
