Lakeview Bakery

I used to go there when I was a little boy. Loved the jelly donuts and the cup cakes. WOW!!!

Lakeview Bakery in Clifton I was told makes the COCONUT RASPBERRY LAYER CAKE
sold in THE BUDD LAKE DINER, Rt. 46, Budd Lake, NJ. It is so good!! I've had it
several times, sometimes stopping in just for a slice to go. Wish this bakery was
closer to home (Hackettstown, NJ, in Warren County). 8/8/2015 Sat.

They really make a delicios cheese danish & apple turnovers,(when they do have them), it's like you gotta order them or something.

1. I was in your bakery the other day. The woman asked me for what I needed. I was hungry when I first walked in but after noticing this ring pin thing in her nose, I wasn't hungry anymore. That was disgusting. I walked out.
Is it your policy to let your help put disgusting things in their face and expect us not to look at it? When you're in business, it's important to look nice and presentable. Not like some Aborigine from Africa w/these needless pins in their face trying to look like they need a bone in their nose next. It's absolutely horrible and turns the stomach. It's like saying "I need attention. Oh, look at me, Don't I look good?" What an idiot!
2. You should spread the seeds of your seeded rye bread out better. They're all in a clump in certain areas.

I too recently moved away from this area & came back for a specialty of theirs a 7 Layer chocolate Cake. Special ordered it & did not get that but got a TOTALLY different cake. Upon calling in my complaint I was being blamed for the wrong cake.
I went there pointed out the cake & received a totally different one. When I picked it up & the icing was wrong I was assured the 7 layers where inside. When we cut the cake it was just the run of the mill 1/4 sheet cake. I was upset, embarrassed & disappointed.
NEVER AGAIN I GUESS or Pick up cake the day before & check it.
Seems like allot of work for a cake though
