Fantastic, free public pool only for Jersey City residents. Very clean. Two pools, one for kids with 0-entry, water features, and water slides for the big kids. Other pool is large with a deep section for jumping. Gets really crowded when it's hot, though.

It was great last year but so far this year, lifeguards dont watch in the kiddie pool very good, a child came down the slide and couldnt stand in the pool and no one helped him right away. Alot of nasty people this year so far

Both pools sides were amazing. But now I want to know when does the pool open again in 2016?

I was a little spectical about taking my kids to be honest. The area is not the best area.. I won't sugar coat that part, but the pool itself & the staff were pretty good! My kids & myself love going there and spending the day. The kiddie area is awesome! I have a 2 and 7 year old, and they are able to play safely with no worries. The pool is very clean & and there is enough space if you want to just lay & relax. I do suggest to bring your own chairs! There is parking right next door. I really have nothing negative to say about this place & will definetly continue to take my children there!
