well if there wait was so long i can only assume people like going there because the Doctors are doing a good job. If this was such a crappy place people would go else where. In NYC we have a medical office every 5 blocks

this is a bastion of ineptitude. the office staff are horrible and have clearly become complacent because they are used to dealing with low-income, elderly, welfare, drug addicted, etc. i walked out after waiting an hour after the time my appointment was supposed to be. several people had complained of waiting hours, even with appointments; one woman was arguing with the clerk Natasha because she had lost her file. (the same clerk who had held my healthcard and ID for thirty minutes under a mess of papers) Several people came back to check in, like a walk-in salon, because they had signed in at the beginning of the day and their wait was so long.
