Lived here for a little over a year now. No major complaints. Development was recently purchased by Nelson Managament, was told to expect major changes in the form of updates at the recent tenant association meeting. New windows, mailboxes, elevators, and lobby. We currently have 24 hour security, too many young kids on the staff though just here for the pay check. Not professional or serious about the job. Management may change security company, they already changed the general property manager, which seemed to be a problem area. So the development may have better days ahead in the very near future with Nelson Management. Lafayette Boynton may become the next gem in the Bronx. We'll see!
