Lady L African Hair Braiding

I got 5 cornrows on July 2 and they were very frizzy and I had to take them out today needless.to say they charged me $60.00 I called the owner today with my complaint regarding my hair that it couldn't last another day the owner says okay pay $20 and she will fix it haha shes got to joking. Theelderly lady was very rude she came up to me and handed me a receipt and stood there with her hands crossed. She didn't say one so single word . The last who braided my hair to explain to the elderly lady was being very rude and she needs to explain to customer their policy and snd procedures. I TOLD THEM BEFORE I LEFT I WOULD NEVER COME BACK!!

These braids hurt a lot. they used about 3 to 4 people to do my hair .it took about 6 hours and I cried afterwards. They had me pay up front before they started braiding my hair and it was done way tighter than I'm used to. My scalp is not usually sensitive but this time was more pain than I could take I would not recommend them.

It is now a week later. My hair still hurts and the front of my scalp has broken out into pimples.
She did not tie the ends of the hair, or curled them or anything. I had to do this myself. Some of the hair is longer than the others so it is not even.
Please don't waste your time and money in that salon. It is not worth the pain and frustration.

They braided my hair way too tight i had a huge headachr i could not sleep for like 3days without taking a pain killer to help me go to sleep and rid the pain and it took forever i went there at 10:00am and left like 7:00pm would not recommend it to anyone they took forvere the lady kept looking at her phone and talking on her phone and then she stopped for no reason and just talked on the phone and i got kinky twist and the ends of my hair were awful she did not do it right and i could not even comb tnrough it it was still nappy and undone but they already took my money

I sat there for about and hour to get my hair braided and when the did start braiding it,three hours into braiding they stop without saying and went to attend to another customer. But my money was taken from since they started the first braid. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ...!

My first experience at Lady L African Hair braiding was great. They worked on m micro braids until one am. I would recommend this salon to any-one. The braiders were polite and did a great job.
