very, very good. really worth every penny. went for our 10 year anniversary and was extremely pleased. we had the potato leak soup, burrata salad, gnocchi (special last night) and the ny strip. all done perfectly.

Found out about the Laboratorio Kitchen after finishing up an assignment with a client. Was really hungry and the client suggested I try out a new eating place in Montclair. Really pleased that I walked the few blocks to find this place.

The beautiful decor, balanced colors, and lighting was equally matched with a fantastic menu - decided to select from the small plates and had the organic chicken, the Creole shrimp and the Prince Edward island mussels finished off with a nice bottle of a pinot noir wine.

Of the three dishes, the shrimp and the mussels were the best I've had in a very long time, the presentation was excellent and the service great! I am definitely coming back to try out the rest of the menu. Make sure to talk with Max when you arrive at the Kitchen.
