They've improved alot. I was in an out in 1 hour without an appointment after arriving at 7:45 am. Also, the venipuncture specialists are very very good for someone like me who is petrified of needles and getting blood drawn.

Totally inept. Poured out my urine sample before testing, had to recollect (24 hours) forcing me to reschedule all my Dr. appointment. Then the employee laughed at the situation.

I have gone here a few times and from past experience I was prepared for the worst...long wait, rudeness from staff but to my surprise the overall visit was an improvement...front office staff still leave alot to be desired in terms of friendliness but I wouldn't say unprofessional and the phlebotomist I had was spot on...I was in and out within an hour

Slowww. Lady at reception is bipolar (can be entertaining, like a rollercoaster). Parking sucks. After a long wait, get pricked, leave, and hope you never have to come back.

This place is nice but the staff is just....... Nasty.... And rude. Such an unpleasant experience. They yelled at the patients and talk down to them as though they're stupid animals.....
