There was an hour long wait to get into a room. This was somewhat understandable as it was a very busy time. The first tech was very good at using the needle to enter painlessly but twice missed the vein. She then called for a second tech who seemed in a hurry and used a much larger needle with no regard for how to approach the arm and literally stabbed fast and hard. In years and years of having blood draws I have never had anyone so callous and painful as she was.

The wait is what it is, but the receptionists (most not all)are unreal. While a heated altercation was happening between 3 patients, they proceeded to ignore it. It was only when confronted and asked for security that finally one of them got up to see what was wrong. With patients waiting a long time to give urine samples and a pregnant women with 2 children in the bathroom, they refused to unlock and open the door to a second bathroom because it was "theirs". Wow! Talk about Rude and insensitive. What was the big deal?

Sometimes a wait but lately they have been a lot better. Staff is great

I sat down with the lady in the desk to give my prescription and info, and she didn't even have the decency to say hi or at least good morning. Instead she was talking to her co worker on how her perfume smelled, and other crap. Totally ignored me, than 5 min pass and than she decides to say "good morning" WTF???? lol. Really bad customer service. Than she starts cracking jokes and asks if I can buy her breakfast, ridiculous. Besides that, the nurse was excellent really nice, and new what she's doing.

the girls at the front desk doing the insurance and stuff are excellent. They would get 5 stars if it could be separated. They're awesome. But the phlebotomist was one star however, not very good. Attitude and good at drawing blood. I don't understand how you can do something all day every day and still screw it up. I was there over a week ago and still have a big bruise on the inside of my elbow. Meanwhile when other people draw my blood they say i have great veins and i never have pain or bruise.
