I ordered a sofa nearly 3 months ago. I still don't have it. The store called me to let me know it was being delivered, and then the morning of delivery it was cancelled. I had rearranged my work schedule to be there for the delivery. I had planned an open house the weekend after. So, I wasn't happy. If they hadn't said it would be delivered, I wouldn't have done all of this. They said a part was missing. I asked - why didn't you do an inspection before you called to deliver? Then I wouldn't have had to cancel work and family. Their answer? It's something they need to fix in their system. The sofa should be ready in a week. 3 weeks later I got the call that it was being shipped the following week. Guess what? The same thing happened! The shipping company called to deliver that day, and the same day I got a call from the store that it was cancelled. The part had never arrived, and it wasn't fixed. The manager was to get back to me - instead I had to track him down. I asked for compensation. It was minimal. I didn't find his manner apologetic in any way. I can't tell you yet if the sofa is nice - but I can say the store has some serious administrative issues it needs to upgrade.
