I will never order furniture from La-Z-Boy again. Poor quality leather sectional that is worn out after owning it for less than two years. La-Z-Boy corporate does nothing. Local store service department doesn't even coordinate service, they make you call vendors independently to get someone to come look at the couch. Then they want to charge for just looking at it.
Store manager asked me to email photos, which I did two weeks ago. Got no response and followed up asking if the photos were received and still got no reply. My sectional materials are out of warranty, but I have owned leather furniture before so I know this leather is prematurely wearing out. La-Z-Boy should make this right, and they won't do anything.
