The customer service is cool.. The owner and 2/3 of the women that work here are great. And the area is just about always clean.
The down side to this laundromat is that the machines are constantly not working. The water running through the washing machines do just that.. The water does not stay in the washing compartment. Your clothes will be wet but not in a tub of water. And the dryers sometimes do not get to the temperature you set them at.
Watch the washing machines and feel the dryers!! And ask them to let you wash/ dry again because although they are absolutely reluctant to help, we should get the service we are paying for.
