Nayeli's has abysmal customer service. Last week they forgot 2 items from my order, and when I called said "Well, that's too far to send someone, so we'll just catch you next time". I wasn't offered or given a refund for the missing items. I gave them 1 more chance tonight. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, I called to find out where my order was. The manager informed me that they had decided to cancel it (without giving me any notification). When I pressed for details, he then hung up on me.
