LA TERRA NOSTRA

Like the place very much and will go back soon.

Friends who live in Franklin Lakes told us about La Terra Nostra, so we gave it a try last Friday night. The meal was delicious! As we looked at the menu and listened to our waiter describe the daily specials we were served fresh baked bread and rich, full-bodied olive oil and grated parmesean to dip it in, yum!, We started with the fresh homemade mozzeralla & tomatoes, very good. I had the shrimp parmasean (grilled shrimp, rich garlic & oil, perfect pasta) - I'm looking forward to having it again soon. My husband had one of the many specials - a variety of fresh seafood over pasta - he was in heaven. The host and waiter we both very welcoming and attentive. We will be going back to this warm, cozy restaurant soon. There were several others diners while we were there yet it was very quiet - and the food was wonderful, a prefect place to start the weekend or drop in for a filling lunch or dinner any day of the week.
