La Quinta Inn & Suites JFK Airport

It was good but the problems came when I looked at the jacuzzi had a metal vent taken off plus the draws had water damage also the windows didn't close and the mattress covers came lose and the mattress was dirty but the breakfast and wif were good

This is one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed!! First of all, it's too close to the highway, therefore, you won't be able to sleep! The floor where we stayed smelled like if somebody was smoking weed! !!! I couldn't get a parking spot because parking at the hotel is limited and the spaces are too narrow!! There was a guy smoking outside when we arrived and I thought he was a thug because he looked like one!! I Rather sleep in my car than go back to that disgusting place!!

Where do I even start with this trap hotel ... My girlfriend and I got a room here and from the get go the experience was horrible... horrible parking ... Got into the room and I could barely move around because it is way to cluttered the rooms look nothing like the pictures online ... There was chips and garbage in my room from the last people there was green candy stuck to the sheets out in the open so why would the house keeper even put those on the bed ... The beds feel like your sleeping on the floor ... Half the tv channels work they are all fuzzy with lines going through it we called the front desk and they said all the TV's are like that ... I wouldn't even give this hotel one star complete waste of money they would not give me a refund I got food and it went bad over night because the fridge didn't work over all the worse hotel experience I ever had don't come here and waste your money I think I should of just slept in my vehicle

Hello friends i was really amazed by the service,quality and clean environment at La quinta inn on van wyck expway in ozone park ny.there was girl name sonia was really great person,great personality and helpful,definitely 5*****

My wife just had surgery and was in need of handicap accessible room. The only entry for wheel chair is on the back side and the door was broken. My wife had brain surgery and needed the bed for herself while I slept on the pullout. The pullout was infested with bed bugs and chewed up my entire backside. I went down to the lobby about 0400 and talked to a very nice desk clerk, total opposite of the previous clerk. I had no sleep and was ill prepared to care for my wife. This is unacceptable and will not ever stay here again. I will discourage anyone else from staying here.
UPDATE:
I called the corporate office and they quickly tried to remedy the situation. The manager called me with 10 min. Unfortunately, due to the severity of the surgery and my wife being heavily medicated I didn't want to move her and decided to stay in the same room. The manager comped us the 1 night, which I guess it's better than nothing. Being the only one caring for my wife and being in this situation, my options are limited.
