Terrible, and very rude. After being told to wait 5 minutes, I wait over an hour. After calling to cancel, they put me on hold for 30+ min. Then would not answer any of my phone calls. On top of that, the last time I used this car service, the cab driver had no idea where he was going or what I was saying. I do NOT recommend this service.
