This venue is very nice, extremely nice! great views, lots of outdoor seating... The problem with this spot, you never know what type of crowd you will get on a given night (it gets to rowdy).
I prefer to come here for brunch, let's crowded and still the same amazing views. The food portions are small for the price you pay -example, chicken and waffles, 2 small pieces of chicken, really?
Come here for the views and you won't be disappointed, everything else you are taking a gamble on.

This beats frying pan, boat basin and every other summer waterside hotspot for the perfect atmosphere and views of the Hudson. Amazing summer sunsets. Perfect place for a wedding reception.

Serive was really bad. My boyfriend and i waited 30 minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone and it wasnt until my boyfriend literally hollered at a waiter that we got out order taken. I asked for a coke and my boyfriend asked for water. He got his water in a plastic cup and it was room temperature but when it came time for the check, it came in a nice wine glass. Whats up with that???? The music was ok but it was mostly techno. Not once did the dj play a spanish song. Only thing i really enjoyed was the scenic view and the bar

The food was terrible. Cold, Awful, and overpriced.
The bartenders charged a mandatory 20% gratuity even though I ordered a drink for myself and one other person.
There was a DJ playing loud and bad music, though no one was dancing that I could see.
I was treated with contempt by the waitstaff...and left La Marina confused and saddened by the whole experience.
I won't be going there again any time soon, but if my review efforts can convince YOU to not go there, then I can at least I can prevent the suffering that I endured.
I hope La Marina catches fire.

Celebrated my anniversary here and it was really romantic and had its share of spunk. Everyone their was nice and prompt. Food is Delicious!!! Tostones with Guacamole for the appetizers were amazing; Their Salmon dish & Chicken dish were Super tasty. Prices were good for their location. Id recommend making reservation ahead. =) Hope this was helpful!!
