La Maison d'Art

My family of five adults stayed at La Maison d'Art for four days the first week of December. I can't tell you how wonderful this place is. We had several communications with Calla, Stephanie and Charles before our arrival, and they were so friendly and welcoming. They couldn't have done more to welcome us. We had a night flight and they stored our luggage (for free) after we checked out so that we could sightsee our last day there.
There was plenty of room and we really enjoyed the pretty kitchen. We ate breakfast there every morning before we took off, and that saved us a lot of time and money and was also very relaxing. The neighborhood was wonderful too with lots of friendly people and grocery stores and deli's nearby. Our first trip to New York was magical and I definitely recommend La Maison d'Art to anyone who wants extra room at a great price with wonderful people. We can't wait to return!

I've gone here for the Sugar Hill Market that's held here, usually every Sunday. The brownstone is beautiful enough to host a gallery and a market filled Harlem business owners.

Once again a very good experience thanks to a lovely staff!

What a wonderful experience. Everyone was sooo nice. The room was beautiful. I have never felt so at home in a strange place. Thank you so much, and we will be returning. Love Bill and Sabrina.
