Wonderful gym but staff are extremely RUDE! I got charged twice for my january member fee. The manager told me the second charge was for February and that you are billed the month before. So what's the point of paying first and last month when you join?

Love this gym! Besides the rude cleaning lady. Totally kills my gym vibe every single time. Gives my friends and I nasty looks as if she hates her job! Tells us to clean oursleves as if that isn't what she's getting paid for. If you hate your job so much find a new one.

The gym is ok. Its a definite u grade from Ballys and Planet Fitness. I was hoping that with the increase in price came an increase in the quality of the staff and patrons. Nope, it's the same hood people from those same gyms especially not that Ballys is closed. I prefer going to the Yonkers gym where people know how to work out and shut up.

the sales representative who helped me charged me a 200 dollar fee to join with last month and first month down for a grand total of 268.. Okay not a problem but I went online and saw the same deal for 100 dollars less! When I called to speak to a manager, no one was available to help me.. I'm very disappointed.. The overall layout of the gym is nice and always very clean but I seriously have issues with people trying to take advantage of me and my money.. I will not recommend joining the gym in the Bronx..

Great gym. Friendly staff. Huge place, 2 floors. Even has an elevator that no one uses. (probably too embarrassing to use just to go up one floor.) LOL. Big swimming pool and nice Saunas. Membership dues are very inexpensive. But try to get there before 4 pm. Gets crowded after that.
