Hi Melina,
Well we are very disappointed that you took the order and never delivered the items..or even try to work something out with your ware house employees to at least try to get the merchandise to us.
It is very irresponsible from your part not to of noticed that they didn't put the order in. We are not going to have any favors for the baptism because you didn't do what your company policy states. I hope that in the future you will take a business deal more serious and be reliable people. It is going to be an embarrassment for me and my husband this sunday to show up with nothing to give to the guests.
