Baker is from mi Colombia in Elizabeth. Best pandebono around... When they are hot (which they are frequently) they are out of this world! Empanadas, pastel de yuca, chorizo con papas and everything else in the warm case is delicious.
They also serve typical Colombian sodas, (postobon, pony Malta, Colombiana), pandeja tipoco, bunuelos, crossaints, pan de queso, arepas.
Definitely worth checking out even if you aren't Colombian the waitresses are very nice

Their bread is hot out of the oven in the morning and the staff is attentive and fast. I'm a completely covered Muslim....Sometimes ppl are hesitant with me because they don't know I'm human underneath my veil...but they treated me superb since day one :-)
