Its waste of time ...they make to do soo much paper work .then you don't hear months from them then they say they have approved you for weatherization plan then you wait weeks to hear from them then thier contractors come to give them estimate of heating work ,Then again you wait for months then guess what ???
They refuse to do your heating AFTER 6 MONTHS WAIT YOU DONT GET YOUR HEATING DONE ...
I suggest don't waste you time with them.
